HAVE YOU VERIFIED YOUR NAME ON THE IMSU STUDENT RECORD DATABASE TO CONFIRM THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR ADMISSION IN SCHOOL?
IMSU HAS NOW GONE DIGITAL, If your Faculty or Department has not yet published the names of real or fake students, This will help you know where you belong.
Procedures
To VERIFY your name, Kindly follow the steps below;
1.Visit http://imsuportal.imsu.edu.ng/Account/VerifyAccount.aspx
2. Select New Student if you are still in 100 level or select Returning Student if you are in 200 level and above.
3. Enter your Jamb Registration Number if you are still in 100 level or enter your Matriculation Number if you are in 200 level and above.
4. Click on Verify and alow the next page to Load.
5. If you are a bonafide student of Imo State University and you are using a valid Matric Number issued to you by the School, Your name will appear in the next page and you will be directed to Enter your Valid Email Address to create a student account.
6. If you are using an invalid Matric Number aka obioha musa olando Matric Number, A response will pop-up on your screen saying “The Matric Number is not found in the student database record”
Below is the sample of how your Matric Number should be correctly typed to avoid Getting a wrong response:
Correct: *2013/31469* ✅
Wrong: *13/31469* ❌
