IMSU EMERGES WINNER IN VILLA FEST CAMPUS AWARD
IMO state university (IMSU) students are not only known for their excellent and outstanding performance in academic, politics and sports also in social.
IMSUWOOD a movie arm of IMSU has emerged victorious in villa fest campus award by defeating other schools
The short movie competition was organized by VILLAFEST to promote the talents of Nigerian students in the south east and to boost the culture and tradition of Igboland.
The event took place at B land hotel PH road had Chinwetalu Agu, Harry B, Livinus Nochiru, Royal Prince in attendance.
The didactic movie titled ‘Ofo Na Ogu’ was directed by a final year Linguistic student, Synthesis and was featured;Mr IMSU 2021, Lam Chris, Stejay, Sen Oge, Miss IMSU, Don Wizzy,Star pen Bennywise and others.
They were awarded a cash prize of #200,000 and free invitation to attend The African Film Festival in Dallas Texas USA by Next year
To add to the achievement, a 200L student of Microbiology, Nancy emerged the Face of Villafest
