Following the recent Suspension of the Strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Senate of the University of Jos has published an approved Academic Calendar for the 2017/2018 Academic Session. In approving the abridged Academic Calendar, Senate directed as follows:

Monday 18th February 2019 – All Academic Staff and Students of the University are to resume for the continuation of 2nd Semester Lectures.
Monday 11th March, 2019 – Commencement of 2nd Semester Examination
Saturday 4th May, 2019 – End of 2017/2018 Academic Session.
All students and Staff of the University are advised to adhere and comply to this information.
