How man accidentally killed his mom

In what appears to be an accident, a young man has reportedly murdered his mother in cold blood. The 73-year-old woman identified as Mrs Cecilia Attah, has been killed by her son with a plank during a fight at Nru area of Nsukka, Enugu State
It was learnt that the unfortunate incident occurred on Wednesday, January 2,2019
Moments after the accidental discharge, the suspect ran to the nearby Nsukka Police Station to report that his brother wanted to kill him.

The deceased is said to be the mother of a priest, Rev Fr. Nobert, who is currently on sabbatical in the U.S, with Athanasius Igwenagum Attah, 54, as the eldest.
Athanasius, a panelbeater, was seen at Nsukka Police Station, yesterday, making a statement over the issue.
Reacting to the case,a senior police officer said that the death was accidental, as one of them killed her while she was trying to separate two of her sons, who were quarrelling.
