SUG 19TH REPUBLIC ELECTION GUIDELINES FOR SENATE & JUDGE
Dear Imo Stars,
In line with the constitutional provisions outlined in the administrative schedule of our Student Union Government, it has been resolved that every faculty shall produce three (3) Senators and one (1) Judge to represent their faculty in the Legislative and Judicial arms of the government ensuring equity, fairness, and balanced representation.
To this effect, each department is expected to harmonize and provide three (3) delegates, who will in turn vote to elect the designated Senators and Judge.
All delegates must be bonafide students with valid student ID cards, as these will be required to vote online. The election process will be monitored by designated agents to ensure transparency and accountability.
Let us conduct ourselves with dignity and unity as we build a more representative and dynamic student government.
