What is post UTME
Post UTME is short for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination. In other words, it is post JAMB or the exam written by JAMB candidates just after the UTME before admission. Post UTMEs are just recognized admission screening exams that higher institutions in Nigeria conduct for students who apply for higher education admission in Nigeria.
Post UTME examination is one of the prerequisite examinations for students that wants to gain admission into any of the tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Each university organizes and conducts her own Post UTME but for a candidate to take part in this exam, the candidate must have applied to the university, wrote JAMB exam with a score equal to or above the general JAMB and university cut-off mark.
If a candidate fails to write Post UTME, he or she will be denied admission irrespective of how high the candidate scored in JAMB exam.

How to validate.
Candidates are expected to send their email addresses through the mobile app or text message to the 55019 code twice for validation, As expected the email should be valid and working on a laptop or a phone for approval via sms , Jamb has updated Central admission processing Caps for 2021/2022 session which after validation students can now access there caps view courses, there choices
and transfer available.
After validation login to jamb portal with this link below.

Then click on forgotten password , place the email and click on the forgotten button then go back to the email and get the password.
With this u can be able to get your jamb password and logins.
After getting the logins, you can now check if your O level results is uploaded.
How to check if your O’level result was uploaded on the JAMB portal
Log in to your JAMB portal.
Click on the Check Admission Status button.
Click on Access my CAPS.
Click on My O’level result to confirm if your O’level is uploaded.
All aspirant are notified to check If there O level results is uploaded on there respective Jamb caps, to those who didn’t see there O level results are advised to upload there O level results as its essential for an effective admission.
