The newly-appointed Vice Chancellor of Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri, Prof. Peter Ukah, received a don of the university, Prof. Kenneth Yongabi of the Biological Sciences Department, who recently bagged an International Award of Excellence in recognition of his contributions in Public Health and Medical Research.
Also, while commending Yongabi, the IMSU boss said: “You have made this university proud. I want to thank you so much for projecting the image of our great university in a good light.
I am receiving this award on behalf of our university with gratitude and I pray that more will come.”
