*VOTE OF DISSAPROVAL ON THE AWARD* *CONFERRED TO HON. UGWUMBA UCHE* *NWOSU AS A ‘LIFE PATRON ‘ OF IMSU SUG BY OGUIKE ARINZE AKA ARISTOTLE*
*IMSU SUG DISSASSOCIATES SELF FROM THE ILLEGAL AWARD AND TAGS IT FAKE AND NOT A GENERAL AGREEMENT*
Earlier this morning ,it was confirmed that the *SUG PRESIDENT IMSU , COMR.OGUIKE ARINZE AKA ARISTOTLE* conferred an Award to Hon.Ugwumba uche Nwosu as a life ‘Patron IMSU SUG’ .
The student Union government IMO STATE UNIVERSITY 17 REPUBLIC HAS AS FOLLOWS TO STATE:
1)That the puported Award is fake and baseless and unconstitutional
2)That the confernment of award is not one done without the agreement of both the SUG EXECUTIVE COUNCIL , THE SUG LEGISLATURE AND THE JUDICIARY.
3)That the SUG PRESIDENT COMR.ARISTOTLE conferred this Award personally and individually without respect to the laws guiding the SUG and DUE PROCESS in our country which is collective agreement and responsibility.
4)That the alledged letters used in notifying the Awardee from the SUG PRESIDENT was falsified and signature’s faked which amounts to abuse of powers and non respect for Directorates
5)That the alledged AWARD is a failed mission and stands a Nullity.
6)That the Awardee is not the patron of IMSU SUG .
7)That majority members of the SUG EXECUTIVE ,LEGISLATURE AND JUDICIARY has frowned at such reckless and insensitive ACT of the PRESIDENT as ‘ *A FAILURE INDEED*.
