– Barcode bearing vital information has been placed on the two documents
– online payment reference number has been reflected on the two documents
– Registration number placed as water mark across the two documents.

➡️USING CAPS

Central Admission processing system also can be used to detect fake result and admission letters
– For those who have not printed each of the 2 documents will have the following message display on their screen when viewed;

1. Result slip not yet printed, so any result presented to you is therefore fake.

2. Admission letter not yet printed, therefore any admission letters presented is therefore fake

– For those who have printed each of the 2  will have the following message displayed on their screen when viewed;
1. Original result slip printed
2. Original admission letter printed.
