Sustain free education in imo

The Free Education Policy (FEP), also known as Tuition Fee Free Policy (TFFP) is a governmental directive that is implemented in elementary, primary  ,secondaryschools and universities.

So unfortunate, those that got Free Education are the ones  joining irrational people to criticise the policy
.
.
Now look at it from this way…
.
.
Look at what the policy did to the family that have 3 or 4 students studying at the same time in the university.
.
.
A pensioner that earns 40 thousand naira a month with 4 children studying at the same time in the university.
.
.
If you pay 90k  for school fees per head, that means you are to pay about 360 thousand for four of them, Accommodation at least 80 thousand naira  for them to manage a self contain room, Text books and reading materials will take at least 20 thousand per head, that means four of them will take 80 thousand naira.
.
.
Faculty /Departmental dues and other related fees 5 thousand naira per head, that is 20 thousand naira for the four persons. Cloths /Wears….at least 10 thousand naira will be spent for each year for those who are mindful.. (used Cloths will apply here) that is 40 thousand naira for the four. Feeding / pocket money 60 thousand naira for those understanding ones.
.
.
Take your calculator to sum all these fees and bills together, you are having about 750 thousand naira per annum.
.
Now tell me how a 40 thousand naira pension earner will take care of these bills.
.
.
In reality,  this is what the FREE/AFFORDABLE EDUCATION POLICY saved over 100 families that have their four or three wards at the same time in the university.
.
.
Meanwhile to the best of my knowledge,  it is assumed that you are owing Imo state government and will have to freely give back to the government in future  for offering  you this precious opportunity.
