The Senator-elect for Imo West Senatorial Constituency, of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, has been issued certificate of return by the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC ).
Recall a Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a certificate of return to Rochas Okorocha, as Senator-elect for Imo West Senatorial Constituency.
