This is is to notify all newly admitted of Imo state university to apply for jamb change of course which is very prerequisite to there effective admission into imo state university.
All newly admitted of imsu are advice to document all receipt made on payment online as it will taken to the imsu bursary department which will examined, signed and stamp for various faculty year one clearance. Bursary service to newly admitted student will commenced on first week of December.
Steps For Faculty Clearance to Avoid Issues👍

1. Take two photocopies of your Acceptance fee receipt and Imsu admission letter to the bursary
The Bursary officer will then give you a file to fill where you’ll input your reg no, year of admission and possible year of graduation.
A copy of your Acceptance fee receipt and Imsu admission letter will be collected and inputted into the file, And the other copy will be stamped and signed n given back to you (Pls do not misplace it)
2. Take the stamped documents and all your original documents for the screening to your faculty officer.
If you’ve been cleared at the faculty proceed to Imsu MFB and secure your medical fee/Matric Gown draft (#2,715)
3. Head to medical clinic along Law faculty close to backgate and get your medical form (contains three files (#500)
4. Head to Kenikon Diagnosis center at Ikenegbu for your X-ray (3,500)
Return to medical clinic with your passport n #2500 for your blood test.
5. Faculty and departmental fee varies from faculty to faculty, department to department ( 6k to 15k)

Also note that Waec/Neco result verification is compulsory (#1500 per sitting) after you’ve been cleared for all this, then go back to ya faculty officer with photocopies of your credefaculty

9. Attestation letter from your king/clergy or a civil servant with grade level 14
10. 5 passport photograph.
11. Money which is about 6000, depending on your faculty.
