Applications are invited from candidates for Supplementary Admissions in Imo State
University, Owerri in the underlisted programmes. Such candidates must have scored 150
and above in the 2025/2026 JAMB examination.

Candidates who neither chose Imo State University as first choice nor did change of
institution to Imo State University, are not eligible to apply.
In addition, the University has introduced six new programmes following the unbundling
of the Department of Mass Communication. The six new departments are: (i)
Advertising, (ii) Broadcasting, (iii) Development Communication Studies (iv) Film and
Multi-Media Studies (v) Journalism and Media Studies and (vi) Public Relations.
Candidates that applied to study Mass Communication are at liberty to change to any of
the above programmes in the supplementary application form.
