HOW TO RECOVER JAMB CAPS EMAIL OR PASSWORD.
Open your phone’s messaging app: Access the SMS application on your mobile phone.
Compose a new message:
If you know your email: Type “PASSWORD [your email address]” (e.g., “PASSWORD myname@gmail.com”).
If you don’t know your email: Type “RESET PASSWORD”.
Send the message: Send the SMS to either 55019 or 66019.
Ensure you use the registered number: Make sure you are sending the message from the phone number you used when creating your JAMB profile.
Check for the password: You will receive an SMS containing your JAMB password.
Login to JAMB portal: You can now use this password to log in to your JAMB profile on the JAMB portal.
Important Notes:
Airtime required:
Ensure you have sufficient airtime on your phone to send the SMS (approximately ₦50), as this is a chargeable service.
